PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of positioning a feed injector in a feed nozzle, in a reactor for an FCC apparatus, which allows easy and reliable positioning of a feed injector in a feed nozzle with high dimensional accuracy.SOLUTION: A feed injector 13 inserted into a feed nozzle 12 is transferred to the side of the tip end surface 12c in a state where a clearance positioning part 21 of a positioning jig 20 is inserted from the side of the tip end surface 12c of the feed nozzle 12 so that the tip end surface 12c of the feed nozzle 12 is brought into contact with a contact surface 24, and a rear end surface 16a of an opening 16 is brought into contact with a positioning rod 23.
