PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely secure facsimile data received normally while preventing memory from being full due to storage of the facsimile data in a device of a reception source, when the facsimile data is transferred.SOLUTION: A composite machine 1 has a facsimile communication section 140, an image memory 120, a job management section 102, a transfer instruction receiving section 103, a password creation section 104, a data transfer control section 105, deletion instruction receiving section 106, and a device storage section 110. The job management section 102 compares a password which the deletion instruction indicates in the deletion instruction receiving section 106 with a password of a fax job which the deletion instruction sets as a deletion object, and, when the passwords are matched with each other, the fax job which the deletion instruction indicates is deleted. The device storage section 110, when the fax job is deleted on the basis of the password input by a user, stores the device to which the facsimile data is transferred as a transfer destination candidate. |
