PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quadriceps muscle training device allowing a user to safely perform training without applying a burden to the knee joint.SOLUTION: The quadriceps muscle training device is a plate-like training device with elasticity that is worn for training the quadriceps muscle, with the knee joint bent on a substantially horizontal surface. The quadriceps muscle training device includes: one end part 11 coming into contact with the surface; a femur support part 12 obliquely upward extending from the one end part 11 for supporting the femoral area; a knee joint support part 13 upward protrudingly curved from the femur support part 12 for supporting the knee joint; a leg support part 14 obliquely downward extending from the knee joint support part 13 for supporting the lower leg part; and an ankle fixing member 15 provided at the leg support part 14. When the knee joint is extended, the quadriceps muscle training device is elastically deformed and the other end 16 is displaced to the tip toe direction.
