摘要 <p>According to the present invention, disclosed is a shift control method for a plug-in hybrid vehicle in order to improve fuel efficiency by limiting the change of speed with regard to the vehicle speed or torque requirement of a driver in the EV driving mode where a battery is controlled by a discharge prevention mode (CD mode). The shift control method comprises the steps of determining a driving mode based on the charging status of a battery; combining a first gear stage by starting the shift limit control in the EV mode where a battery is controlled by the discharge prevention mode (CD mode); following the requirement torque by shifting into a second gear stage if the output torque does not follow the requirement torque in the driving status of a first gear; and cancelling the shift limit control when an engine operation is needed depending on acceleration requirement while a vehicle runs in a first gear stage or a second gear stage.</p>
