<p>A surface-treating agent for a directional electrical steel plate according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises 3.2-5.2 wt% of oxyl acid 2 hydroxides, 5.7-7.7 wt% of ammonium bifluoride, 39-49 wt% of oxygenated water, and 52-62 wt% of water. Furthermore, a surface-treatment method for a directional electrical steel plate includes a step of preparing the surface-treating agent comprising 3.2-5.2 wt% of oxyl acid 2 hydroxides, 5.7-7.7 wt% of ammonium bifluoride, 39-49 wt% of oxygenated water, and 52-62 wt% of water; a step of polishing the surface by dipping the directional electrical steel plate into the surface-treating agent after annealing the directional electrical steel plate at high temperatures; a step of preventing the oxidation of the polished directional electrical steel plate; and a step of washing and drying the directional electrical steel plate went through the oxidation preventing step.</p> |
