Provided are a novel heterocyclic compound and an organic light emitting device comprising the same. The organic light emitting device of the present invention comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode formed to face the first electrode; and an organic matter layer of one or more layers formed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein one or more layers of the organic matter layers comprise the compound of the present invention. According to the present invention, the organic light emitting device can improve efficiency, low driving voltage, and/or life characteristic. |
