<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of beverage for relieving alcoholic hang-over and promoting digestion, which comprises (a) a pretreatment step of washing in water, cutting and drying Dendropanax morbiferus, Rosa rugosa and Cudrania tricuspidata, separately; (b) a step of fixating Dendropanax morbiferus, Rosa rugosa and Cudrania tricuspidata dried at step (a) at 250-350°C for 0.5-1.5 seconds, respectively, and roasting at 130-200°C for 20-40 minutes; (c) a step of maturing Dendropanax morbiferus, Rosa rugosa and Cudrania tricuspidata roasted at step (b) at room temperature of 20-26°C for 2-7 days, respectively, and secondly drying at 100-150°C for 3-15 minutes; (d) a step of extracting active ingredients by boiling Dendropanax morbiferus, Rosa rugosa and Cudrania tricuspidata dried at step (c) respectively in a double boiler, filtering and concentrating; and (e) a step of manufacturing beverage by mixing extracts of Dendropanax morbiferus, Rosa rugosa and Cudrania tricuspidata concentrated at step (d). The beverage for relieving alcoholic hang-over and promoting digestion of the present invention has an increased content of active ingredients of Dendropanax morbiferus, Rosa rugosa and Cudrania tricuspidata, thereby relieving the hang-over symptom after drinking, and promoting the digestion. Furthermore, the beverage for relieving alcoholic hang-over and promoting digestion of the present invention improves the consumer preference by improving appeals such as colors, flavors and tastes, and provides economic beverage for relieving alcoholic hang-over and promoting digestion by not using expensive raw materials.</p> |
