<p>The present invention relates to a ramp for loading freight which can be easily opened and closed when freight is loaded, and a ship having the same. The ramp for loading freight according to the present invention comprises: a wound ramp which is wound in a first drive shaft; and a ramp wire having one end to be connected in the end of the wound ramp and which is wound in a second driver shaft.
