The present invention is a surface protection film that is used for an optical film having protrusions on the surface, contaminates an object less, and has low contaminating properties for an object which do not change as time passes, wherein the film does not degrade as time passes and has excellent anti-peeling electrification performance. Also provided is an optical component using the same. The surface protection film (10) has a peeling film (5) including an adhesive layer (2) which is formed on one surface of a base material film (1) made of a transparent resin and including a peeling agent layer (4) formed on the adhesive layer (2) be attached, wherein the peeling film (5) has a peeling layer (4) containing a peeling agent having a dimethyl polysiloxane as a main component and an antistatic agent which does not react with the peeling agent be laminated on one surface of a resin film (3), and the antistatic agent component is transferred to the surface of the adhesive layer from the peeling film (5) for the peeling electrification voltage to be reduced when the adhesive layer (2) is peeled off from an object. |
