<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive fine particle developing good initial resistance and also suppressing occurrence of a short circuit while having a small particle size, so that capable of achieving high connection reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive fine particle of the present invention includes: a base material particle formed of a resin; and at least one layer of a conductive metal layer covering the surface of the base material particle. The conductive metal layer includes: a first metal layer comprising nickel or a nickel alloy; and a second metal layer formed on the first metal layer and comprising at least one noble metal selected from the group consisting of gold, silver and palladium. A particle size of the base material particle is 2.8μm or less, a thickness of the first metal layer is 0.03-0.08μm, a thickness of the second metal layer is 0.005-0.03μm, and a compression load value in 10% displacement of the diameter of the base material particle is 0.4 mN or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
