<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone-free wax release component which exhibits excellent releasability from a mold even at high temperatures, and is used alternatively to natural waxes and synthetic waxes; and a release agent for a mold containing the release component. <P>SOLUTION: A hard lanolin fatty acid and/or a derivative thereof is used as the release component. The release component is excellent in a film forming property at high temperature, and can be preferably used as a release agent for a mold alternative to existent waxes. In addition, accumulation of silicones on a mold and uncertain coating on products which have been problems of silicones are less likely to occur. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
