<p>Composition for the preparation of cosmetics comprising a mixture of (a) a polyoxyalkylene-modified diorganopolysiloxane of the formula: (A(R1)2SiO{(R1)2SiO}m{(R1)(R2)SiO}nSi(R)2A {where R1 is monovalent hydrocarbon group (except for R2); R2 is polyoxyalkylene group of the formula:—R3O—(C2H4O)a(C3H6O)bR4) [where R3 is alkylenei R4 is H, alkyl, or alkoxy], 1=<a=<50; 0=<b=<50; and 10=<(a+b)=<100];“A”is OH, R1 or R2; 100=<m=<500; 0=<n=<40; when n=0, at least one“A”is R2}; (b) surfactant, and (c) oil; Composition therefor further comprising (d) biologically allowable hydrophilic medium; Composition therefor further comprising water,’Cosmetic or OAV type emulsion cosmetic containing the aforementioned composition! and Method for preparing water-containing cosmetics by mixing said composition with water.</p> |
