<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a conical roller bearing capable of increasing durability in a state of poor lubrication, namely, capable of extending a time satisfactorily before the bearing can no longer rotate due to burning-in. <P>SOLUTION: An inner surface of a large-diameter-side rim section 12a constituting a cage 5d, in a portion where a circumferential phase matches pockets 15a of the cage, is provided with an oil-storage recess 19 which is recessed radially outward. A part of the bottom surface of each oil-storage recess 19 that opens to the inner face of each pocket 15a is formed opposing to a recess 20 formed on a large-diameter-side end face 10 of a conical roller 4a held in each pocket 15a. When lubrication is poor, a lubricating oil remaining in each oil-storage recess 19 is effectively used to lubricate a sliding section between the large-diameter-side end face 10 and a radially-inside face 11 of a large-diameter-side flange 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
