<p>The present invention relates to a high intensity room temperature asphalt composition for road packaging emergency maintenance and to a constructing method thereof capable of packing a first mixture comprising an aggregate in which a surface is doubly coated by using cutback asphalt, asphalt emulsion, reinforced fiber, and an epoxy resin and a second mixture (epoxy hardener) stored in a small sealed bag in one sealed package material; easily delivering and storing the same; and enabling a worker to easily mix the first composition and the second composition in the sealed package without separate mixed equipment. The present invention comprises the first mixture in which the surface of aggregate is doubly coated and the second mixture comprising an epoxy hardener. The second mixture is sealed in the small sealed bag. The first mixture is sealed the sealed package bag with the small sealed bag. The surface of the first mixture is firstly coated by the reinforced fiber, the cutback asphalt, or emulsified asphalt. The surface of the first mixture is secondly coated by using epoxy resin.</p> |
