PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door latch device for preventing a latch from being restrained at a half-latch position when a door is closed, and a door latch device for preventing the latch from being restrained at the half-latch position when the door is opened, at a low cost.SOLUTION: Half-latch regulation means of a latch 7 includes: a door-close half-latch regulation member 15 or a door-open half-latch regulation member 300; and a link member 14 which is engaged with half-latch regulation guide paths 21, 304 formed in the door-close half-latch regulation member 15 or the door-open half-latch regulation member 300, to hold a pole 8 at a release position. The door-close half-latch regulation member 15 or the door-open half-latch regulation member 300 is fixed to a latch shaft 9 which is rotated integrally with the latch 7. |
