The light delivery arrangement (1) has multiple lamps in form of light emitting diodes (3), which are arranged on a plate (2). A channel (4) is provided for the execution of a cooling medium. A part of a channel wall is formed directly by the plate. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a connecting element for the connection of the two arrangements; and (2) a lightning system with two arrangements.
