<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and easy forming diaphragm for speaker.SOLUTION: A diaphragm for speaker according to the present invention comprises: a woven fabric; and a plurality of short fibers accumulated on at least one face of the woven fabric so as to seal textures of the woven fabric. The plurality of short fibers are preferably accumulated by a wet papermaking method. In order to cover the short fibers, the at least one face of the woven fabric preferably includes a coating layer to cover the face itself. An average length of the short fibers are preferably in a range of one time to 10 times of an average aperture of the woven fabric. An average diameter of the short fibers are preferably between 1μm and 100μm. The diaphragm for speaker according to the present invention is manufactured with a manufacturing method comprising the steps of: accumulating the short fibers on one face of the woven fabric by the wet papermaking method using slurry including the short fibers; and laminating resin composition on the one face of the woven fabric having the short fibers accumulated thereon.</p> |
