PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device having a simple configuration for making it possible to perform moving picture imaging and data transfer which are at high speed, without lack, and in a fixed period.SOLUTION: A flat panel sensor control unit 203 individually reads image data from respective regions obtained by dividing a flat panel 107. A writing access control unit 205 writes the image data read by the flat panel sensor control unit 203 in a frame memory 208. A reading access control unit 206 starts reading image data from the frame memory 208 when a state of writing the image data in the frame memory 208 becomes a predetermined one.
