PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which is capable of preventing toner scattering by preventing toner blocking therein.SOLUTION: A cleaning device 19 includes: a flicker 200 which is disposed more on an upstream side from a contact position between a cleaning brush 30 and a metal roller 32 in a rotation direction of the cleaning brush 30 and is provided with an opening 201 having a lower end 201b at almost the same height as a rotation center 49c of a conveyance screw 49 and is brought into contact with the cleaning brush 30 to flick toner held on the cleaning brush 30; and an agitator 300 whose tip end part 300d is brought into contact with the conveyance screw 49 and is oscillated by rotation of the conveyance screw 49. A locus A (shown by a broken line) of oscillation of a tip end 300e of the agitator 300 is set at almost the same height as the lower end 201b of the opening 201.
