<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that proper shielding between a power-supply circuit and an imaging device sometimes becomes impossible.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises: the imaging device; a first substrate for mounting the imaging device thereon; a conductive first shield member provided on the first substrate and shielding the imaging device; a second substrate provided with a first power-supply circuit which outputs driving power for driving the imaging device; and a conductive second shield member provided on the second substrate and shielding the first power-supply circuit. The first shielding member is connected with the second shielding member and electrically connected with the second shielding member.</p> |
