PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display and output an image suitable for a user on the basis of a distance between a display device for displaying the image and the user and a visual property of the user.SOLUTION: An image processing server performs a predetermined processing on image data to be provided to a display device for displaying an image on the basis of the image data. The image processing server includes: acquisition means for acquiring position information on the display device and a user in a predetermined area in which the display device is located; user property storage means for storing visual property for the user; and optimization means for optimizing the image data so as to be image data having a display mode based on the distance between the display device and the user identified on the basis of the position information acquired by the acquisition means and the visual property of the user stored by the user property storage means.
