PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of microlenses having non-spherical surfaces.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for microlenses includes: a step S101 for providing a substrate; a step S103 for forming a microlens material on a substrate; a step S105 for arranging a mask on the upper side of the microlens material; a step S107 for carrying out an exposure process by light flux radiated onto the microlens material via the mask; a step S109 for carrying out a development process for the microlens material; and a step 111 for carrying out a reflow process on the microlens material.
