PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a leak current when a power supply in a pull-down path of a tolerant circuit is off.SOLUTION: The interface circuit includes: pull-down transistors N2, N3 which pulls down an I/O terminal P; a mode switching circuit 5 which controls on-off operations of the pull-down transistor N3 on the basis of an enable signal EN; and a leak cut circuit 6 that turns off the pull-down transistor N3 while a power supply VD2 of a mode switching circuit 5 is shut down. |
