PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute content to terminal equipment which does not participate in an overlay network while avoiding a security risk due to disclosure of address information of a node device.SOLUTION: An information processor determines whether or not first request information transmitted from a node device or second request information transmitted from predetermined terminal equipment has been received, and when determining that the first request information has been received, transfers the first request information to the other node device, and when determining that the second request information has been received, transmits any second address information among the plurality of available second address information to terminal equipment, and receives third request information indicating a request of streaming distribution from the terminal equipment, and transmits content to the terminal equipment, and after the second address information is transmitted, determines the second address information different from the transmitted second address information as the second address information to be transmitted the next. |
