PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane switch excellent in fire retardance, and to provide a seat device using the same.SOLUTION: A membrane switch includes a first film having first wiring, a spacer laminated on the surface of the first film where the first wiring is formed and having an opening at a part thereof, and a second film laminated on the spacer and having second wiring facing the first wiring. Furthermore, a flame retardant layer containing phosphorus is formed on at least one of the surface of the first film where the first wiring is not formed and the surface of the second film where the second wiring is not formed. |
