PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time until a start of filling work of a beverage or an inter-production time.SOLUTION: A sterilization device sends hot water or heating steam into beverage supply-system piping 7 for simultaneously sending a beverage to a plurality of filling nozzles 2a, and calculates F values while detecting temperatures of prescribed parts of the beverage supply-system piping and all the filling nozzles every prescribed time as making the hot water or the heating steam be discharged from all the filling nozzles 2a. When the minimum F value thereof has arrived at a target value, a sterilization process is ended. Thereby, sterilization of the beverage supply-system piping can be promptly performed. |
