PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a customer to receive a point service to be provided by not only a certain company but also another company only by the minimum presentation such as the presentation of the settlement means of a certain company.SOLUTION: Each of point management systems 10-A to 10-Z includes a point management server 11 and a POS terminal 12. The point management server 11 stores an association table in which company ID for identifying a company which provides a credit card 20 associated with its own point management system 10 is stored, and searches the association table by the company ID of the credit card 20 to confirm whether or not the credit card 20 is associated with its own point management system in the case of settlement using the credit card 20 in a POS terminal 12, and when the credit card 20 is associated with its own point management system, applies points corresponding to the settlement sum to customer ID for identifying a customer who uses the credit card 20. |
