PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical lighting device which minimizes leakage of light in a light guide path from a light source to a light irradiation part.SOLUTION: A medical lighting device 1 is configured by connecting a light source unit 3 and a lighting unit 4 by means of an optical fiber cable 5. The light source unit 3 is provided with a guide light 13, the guide light 13 receives light from an LED element 6 on a light-receiving end surface 13a and transmits the light from an emission end surface 13b to an incident end surface of the optical fiber cable 5. The lighting unit 4 applies light transmitted from the emission end surface of the optical fiber cable 5 from an irradiation lens 29 through a collimator 18. Therein, a reflection film is formed on the surface of the guide light 13 and the collimator 18, and light from the LED element 6, because leakage is prevented, is efficiently propagated and is applied from the irradiation lens 29. |
