<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deteriorated communication quality of communication equipment and a radio communication terminal with the suppression of a modification from an existing system.SOLUTION: A femto access point device configuring a predetermined communication area includes: a first communication unit communicable with at least one radio communication terminal in the communication area; a second communication unit, connected through a second network to a router connected to a first network, for communicating with the router; and a control unit for detecting the number of communication apparatuses connected to the router through the second network, and restricting the number of radio communication terminals with which the first communication unit simultaneously communicates, in such a manner that the sum of the detected number of communication apparatuses and the number of radio communication terminals with which the first communication unit simultaneously communicates is a predetermined threshold or smaller.</p> |
