A message from the payment processor in response to the request that the first request cannot be completed is received. A first message is processed to generate a second offer having a second price, wherein the second price is lower than the first price. The second offer to the user through the user interface. |

providing a first offer having a first price to a user through the user interface; receiving a first user input indicating an acceptance to the first offer through the user interface; transmitting a first request to a payment processor to process a first payment from a payment account of the user for the first price; receiving a first message from the payment processor in response to the first request indicating that the first request cannot be completed; processing the first message to generate a second offer having a second price, wherein the second price is lower than the first price; and providing the second offer to the user through the user interface. |
