<p>The present invention relates to an error analysis device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the error analysis device comprises: a measuring member measuring the coordinates of each locations of the block; and a control member calculating an error of the block by comparing measurement data of the blocks measured from the measuring member with a design data of a design block which is a design value of the block. In addition, the control member compares the design data and the measurement data, and calculates the error after aligning the blocks with respect to a reference surface which crosses the design block or is located on the outer surface of the design block using the measurement data.</p> |
