The tip (1) has a base (2) comprising an upper surface to support a lower surface of a base part (104) of an indication lamp (106), where a lower surface of the base is opposite to the upper surface. A skirt (8) is fitted over top of a cone (100) or signpost by matching a form of the top of the cone or signpost. The skirt includes an inner support wall resting against a side surface of the top of the cone or signpost to stabilize the indication lamp above the top of the cone or signpost. A hanging unit hangs a chain or a strip to increase visibility of the cone or signpost. |
