摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for bonding a single crystal superalloy with 3-stage heat treatment. More specifically, the said invention involves a preparation step of preparing the single crystal superalloy; a bonding step of placing in and bonding an insert with the prepared single crystal superalloy; a first heat treatment step of treating the said single crystal superalloy for 5-10 hours at 1250-1300°C; a second heat treatment step of treating the said single crystal superalloy for 3-6 hours at 1100-1200°C; and a third heat treatment step of treating the said single crystal superalloy for 10-20 hours at 850-900°C. An objective of the present invention is to improve mechanical strength, especially tensile strength and creep strength in a bonding property by the said 3-stage heat treatment while maintaining the properties of the said crystal superalloy, such that a part made of the single crystal superalloy can be reused instead of purchasing a new part when the part is damaged in the application of the said single crystal alloy; for example, a gas turbine to save the costs in generating power, thus reducing the unit cost of electric power.</p>
