PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide protective clothing for the upper half part of the body, which is used to cushion shock at fall or tumble.SOLUTION: A plurality of protective layers 21-24 are formed between front and back sides 11 and 12 of protective clothing 10. The protective layers 21-24 comprise a front-side protective plate, an air bag and a back-side protective plate. When a person wearing the protective clothing 10 falls, pressure gas is supplied from pressure gas supply means by a sensor and a control device, and the air bag of a protective layer is expanded to cushion shock. |
