PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interface complex-type organic solar battery having a high efficiency.SOLUTION: An interface complex-type organic solar battery is a photoelectric conversion element comprising: a first electrode covered with an interface complex formed from dicyanomethylene expressed by the general formula (1) below, and a titanium oxide; and a second electrode opposed to the first electrode; and an electrolytic layer between the first and second electrodes. The interface complex is formed under supercritical carbon dioxide fluid in a pressure range of 10-60 MPa and in a temperature range of 35-150°C.
