PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sealing technology of a light emitting device included in an electroluminescence (EL) panel.SOLUTION: In the sealing technology according to the present invention, an absorption film having a property of absorbing water, oxygen, etc. (absorbability) is provided on an EL element sealed inside a space. As a result, it is possible that a function to absorb water and oxygen inside the space is provided, a sealing structure is formed without intrusion of oxygen and water inside the space because the absorption film can be formed continuously after the EL element is formed, and deterioration of the EL element is prevented. |
