PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that is applicable to a parking lot having a plurality of entrance gates, can smoothly guide a vehicle to an entrance gate, and does not require many repetition processes.SOLUTION: The parking lot guiding device of the present invention includes a recording unit, a time group determination unit, a gate determination unit, a congestion prediction unit, and a guidance information transmission unit. The parking lot guiding device classifies vehicles on the basis of the estimated arrival time or a time when each vehicle enters a predetermined range, determines an entrance gate, sets a traffic congestion reference for each node around the parking lot, and estimates occurrence of a congestion node. The parking lot guiding device transmits congestion estimation information only to a user terminal requiring bypass of the congestion node. |
