Disclosed is an adhesive pasting apparatus for a lithium ion battery pole piece, comprising a pole piece bottom die, an adhesive pasting die head and a controller. A pole piece cavity capable of receiving and positioning the pole piece is arranged on the pole piece bottom die. The lower end of the adhesive pasting die head is matched with the pole piece cavity so that the lower end of the adhesive pasting die head can be embedded into the pole piece cavity. A closed protrusive adhesive pasting face is provided on the lower end face of the adhesive pasting die head. A heating element is arranged on the adhesive pasting die head and is electrically connected with the controller. During adhesive pasting, a hot melt adhesive ring is disposed within the pole piece cavity at first, and then one face of the lithium ion battery pole piece, the face being provided with electrode paste, is positioned above the hot melt adhesive ring in a downward way, the heating element is started, and the adhesive pasting die head is pressed down until the protrusive adhesive pasting face is pressed onto the battery pole piece of the pole piece bottom die and applies a particular pressure thereto; at this moment, the upper surface of the hot melt adhesive ring is molten by the adhesive pasting die head, and the upper surface of the hot melt adhesive ring is closely attached to the lithium ion battery pole piece under the effect of pressure. Also provided are an adhesive pasting machine applying the adhesive pasting apparatus and an adhesive pasting method applying the adhesive pasting machine. |
