<p>The objective of the present invention is to extract SNS comments including specific keywords and comments for similar events to allow clustering or weighting with good precision. Provided is an information processing system wherein the following are able to communicate with each other: an information extraction server (101) which collects comments which are posted to an SNS server and attribute information thereof and extracts information relating to infrastructure, a past case history database (102) which records past disasters or defects in municipal environments, and a space-time information database (107) which accumulates geographical information or information obtained from sensors attached to the infrastructure. The information extraction server (101) comprises a clustering processing means (302) for searching the posted comments with a first keyword set and obtaining a first cluster (403), and for searching, with a second keyword set, the posted comments in a range which is limited in time or space associated with posting times or posting space thereof and obtaining a second cluster (409). Infrastructure state information is created from class information of these clusters and displayed.</p> |
