<p>Disclosed is a method and system for providing a kiosk to a user in order to register a grievance with a statutory authority of the state. The method may enable the user to select a language from a language list displayed on the touch screen of kiosk. The method may enable the user to select an input type from an input type list displayed on the touch screen of kiosk. The method may enable the user to select a category from a category list displayed on the touch screen of kiosk. The method may enable the user to upload grievance details associated with the grievance on the kiosk using one of the touch screen, a recorder, and a scanner based upon the input type selected. The grievance details may comprise a scanned copy of one or more documents in an encrypted format.</p> |
