Disclosed in the present invention are a video encoding method using offset adjustment based on pixel classification for each largest coding unit, and a video encoding method. Disclosed in the present invention is a video encoding method comprises the steps of: determining offset parameter including offset type which shows whether the pixel value classification method is an edge type or a band type, an offset class showing the edge direction or a band range, and offset value showing difference between restored pixels and original pixels for each largest coding unit; and outputting offset merge information showing whether to adopt offset parameter of left or upper end largest coding unit of current largest coding unit as offset parameter of current largest coding unit. |
