<p>According to the present invention, a method for reinforcing a masonry wall comprises: a step of penetrating the center of each dressed brick of an outer dressed wall using a drill and subsequently making a borehole in an inner wall to a predetermined depth; a step of injecting epoxy to the through-hole of the outer dressed wall and the borehole of the inner wall and inserting a full threads bolt into the borehole of the inner wall through the through-hole of the outer dressed wall; a step of fastening a fixating nut to the full threads bolt protruding outwards from the outer dressed wall; a step of filling a protective cap with an epoxy sealant and joining the protective cap to the fixating nut to cover the outer side of the fixating nut; a step of preparing an inner steel frame which comprises a pair of horizontal beams at a distance and a pair of vertical beams joined to the horizontal beams to be attached to the inner wall positioned in the inner side of the outer dressed wall; a step of making a borehole in the indoor side of the inner wall to be attached with the inner steel frame using a drill and injecting epoxy to the borehole; and a step of attaching the inner steel frame to the inner wall, inserting the full threads bolt into the borehole in the inner wall through a coupling hole in the inner steel frame, and fastening and fixating a nut to the protruding end of the full threads bolt.</p> |
