<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollution prevention membrane, temporarily easily removable, and also having the high effect for preventing hoisting of sludge on the water bottom, when passing a ship.SOLUTION: The pollution prevention membrane is composed of a curtain part 1 in which the length in the water depth direction is L, a float part 2 installed over the whole upper end of the curtain part 1 and a weight part 3 installed on the lower end of the curtain part 2, and is used in the whole or a part of a plan view straight line-shaped part installed in a boundary position of a water area for preventing pollution. The pollution prevention membrane is provided with a curtain part floating tube 4 installed over the total length in the horizontal direction of the curtain part 1 in a position of L/2-L in the water depth direction from the upper end of the curtain part 1 and rising up to a water surface when air is injected and an air injection device for injecting the air into the tube 4.</p> |
