<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transferring patterns and photographs to a concrete surface for formation of a decorative concrete, eliminating conventional complicated workability which leads to high costs, capable of transferring minute patterns and photographs to a concrete surface.SOLUTION: A metal sheet or a sheet of resin material such as acryl is subjected to a transfer processing for forming many holes with a press or by laser based on dotted (halftoned) pattern or photograph data. The sheet is closely contacted with a concrete surface. The concrete surface exposed from the many holes of the sheet is cut with discharged water from a high-pressure washing machine at about 150 Mpa, so that the pattern or the photograph is transferred to the concrete surface. The drawing method eliminates complicated workability with drastically simplified construction procedure, achieving reduction in costs. Due to use of a concrete in the stage of completion of coagulation, the method can be thoroughly independent from concrete installation technique.</p> |
