PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device or the like that enables a user to operate the device in a desired operation amount, and that can detect the operation amount even when the operation amount is minutely small.SOLUTION: An operating device comprises: a handle tab 21 operable for pushing; a compression coil spring 67 that is compressed by pushing operation with the handle tab 21, and energizes the handle tab 21 in the direction opposite to the pushing direction of the handle tab 21; a pressure receiving portion 82 that is pressed via the compression coil spring 67 by pushing operation with the handle tab 21; and a pressure sensor 52 that detects pressing force applied to the pressure receiving portion 82.
