The present invention relates to an outer sock manufacturing method using a fabric folding method. The method includes a step of attaching a highly elastic hot-melt strip prepared through a special process on the inner periphery of a foot insertion opening of an outer sock and folding the hot-melt strip to surround the periphery of the opening. Accordingly, the outer sock can reliably stay on a user′s foot through the elasticity of the hot-melt strip prepared through the special process using polyurethane. The area folded and attached with the hot-melt strip is thin to reduce the discomfort on the user′ end. The incision area of the opening is not seen from the outside by folding the area attached to the hot-melt strip to implement a pleasant appearance. The present invention also simplifies the manufacturing method to increase the production efficiency and uses thin hot-melt strips to reduce the costs. |
