PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a vicious communication destination with high accuracy to appropriately register the vicious communication destination into a black list.SOLUTION: An analysis device 10 acquires, when a terminal performs one type of illegal communication among known illegal communication types, an access URL of a communication destination used by the terminal in communication performed in a predetermined time zone range from the generation time of the illegal communication. Based on a frequency of appearance of each acquired access URL of communication destination in the illegal communication and other illegal communication, the analysis device 10 detects an access URL of communication destination related to the illegal communication, from among each access URL of communication destination. The analysis device 10 then registers the detected access URL of communication destination into a black list as a vicious communication destination.
