PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomous search system and the like.SOLUTION: An autonomous search system includes: an operation terminal 10; and a mobile search device 11. The operation terminal 10 includes: an input unit 21 to which a search target and a predetermined motion can be input; a terminal communication unit 24 transmitting target data on the input search target and motion data on the input predetermined motion to the mobile search device 11; and a terminal control unit 25 connected to the input unit 21 and the terminal communication unit 24. The mobile search device 11 autonomously searches the search target on the basis of the target data transmitted from the operation terminal 10, and executes the predetermined motion with respect to the search target.
