The machine (1) has a turbine rotor rotatably mounted in bearings at an axis. A grinding disk (6) is rotatably mounted in receptacles (8, 8a) at a spindle axis which extends parallel to rotor axis, at a grinding disk body (5). The body and the bearings are displaceable against each other in an axial direction of a machine bed (2) so that blades of successive stages of the turbine rotor are successively grinded. A magazine (15) for the grinding disk and an automatically working grinding disk changer (10) are provided. The changer is arranged on a linear slide (11).
