PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment and care apparatus having a disengagement/offset state quantity detection tool capable of detecting omission or disengagement clearly even if its quantity is small.SOLUTION: A medical treatment and care apparatus has a disengagement/offset state quantity detection tool in a feed pipe or/and a wearing part for attaching the tool to a desired body part of a patient, and the disengagement/offset state quantity detection tool comprises: a contact sensor having a soft sheet-like electrode brought into contact with a skin surface along the skin surface by pressure upon the wearing part and measuring capacitance in accordance with a contact state value; and a fastener for fastening the contact sensor on the feed pipe; and a detection circuit part provided in the fastener and connected electrically with the sheet-like electrode for comparing the contact state value with a predetermined threshold value for decision and producing a decision output. |
